"Adrien is amazing! I've been doing his outdoor fitness class for almost a year, and I love it. It's hard, and it's early, but it makes me feel incredible. I am able to do things that I never though I'd be able to do, like doing 100 push ups or running a 7:30 mile.
There's something about being in a class, with an instructor and other people, that's really motivating. I do things in that class that I'd never do on my own. The group is really friendly, and it's nice to feel the camaraderie and get inspired by the others in the class.

"Adrien is an amazing masseur. His skills and intuition go way beyond any other masseur I've ever had. Recently I had really messed up my back and it was so sensitive to the touch. "It's hard to exercise consistently. Running is boring. Sports leagues conflict with my schedule. The same thing day after day at the gym gets old fast.
And then I met Adrien and started the Jordan Physique class at Palisades Park in Santa Monica. Almost a year later, I'm still showing up every weekday morning at 6:30AM, and I'm in maybe the best shape of my life.
Two reasons for this:
1. The workout is awesome. It's total body cross-training. We use weights, do push-ups, run on the beach, do wall-sits against the fence, and of course the stairs. So many stairs...
2. Adrien Jordan is awesome. I hate personal trainers. The last thing I need when I'm doing my 200th push-up of the morning is some professional tough guy who's watched too many army movies screaming in my face. Don't get me wrong - Adrien doesn't take it easy on anyone. But he finds a way to push people (hard) that taps into their own personal style and motivation, and he adapts to people at all different levels. Whether you're trying to break a 5:30 mile or you're proud of getting through 25 sit-ups, he seems like the right guy for the job.
The results: I dropped 15 pounds in my first two months and have maintained that weight since while building muscle. I look better, I feel better, I can run a mile in under 6 minutes for the first time since high school, and I've actually enjoyed doing it. A friend who works privately with Adrien is seeing similar results."

When I first joined Adrien's fitness program I weighed 236 lb. and everything
seemed like an uphill battle. I was ready to give up fast. Making up excuses to
quit because I thought that I'm just too old and it's too late for me to be
trying to loose weight and live a healthier life. However it was more difficult
to accept this reality because Adrien and the rest of the people in class had
such positive and healthy approach to exercise. Even though it was an uphill
battle in the beginning I got a lot of support and didn't feel like the fat kid
in class. Friendly, supportive coaching, fresh ocean air, and the proximity to
the beach was enough incentive to keep going and not to give up. I quickly
realized that waking up early in the morning to exercise was not a chore, but
more of a treat. The fun and friendly people in class, fresh air, and the
natural setting began to feel like a mini vacation. The hard work and sweat made
me want to try to make better choices in life to help me realize my goals. It
didn't happen overnight. Nonetheless I'm still here a few years later and over
60 lb. lighter. I'm a lot more experienced now. Yet I find that Adrien's classes
are still of great benefit to me. Just when I think that this is my last push
up, or I can't run another lap. Adrien quickly but gently reminds me that I can
do more. His expertise in personal training, anatomy, and diet is tremendous. He
is always available if I have any questions about my diet, or any other
health-related topics. Adrien is great at reaching out to help his clients
whether its during the class, or after via text, and email.This extra
encouragement and knowledge is priceless. It gives me the edge and results that
I could never reach on my own.

"It's been 12 months since I started my fitness journey. Today I am stronger, leaner, fitter, healthier and more confident than I have ever been. Growing up I was not athletically gifted. I never participated in team sports and never stuck to a work-out routine for more than a month. Amazing Challenge!
Before taking Jordan Physique Bootcamp, I thought I was strong because I played volleball 3 times a week for 5 months. I was proven wrong! I could only do 5 regular pushups on my first day! After 6 weeks of hard-core Jordan Physique training, I did 45 pushups in a row! I was amazed! I can now serve and hit the volleyball almost like a rocket. I feel like a new person with new energy. My endurance and leg strength improved so much, I am able to out run some of the guys on the soccer field. Jordan Physique Bootcamp is an amazing workout experience. It's the best way I have ever worked out. The instructor, Adrien Jordan is fun and he keeps the workout routines challenging. I highly recommend this class for anyone who is looking for a fun

"Since I have moved to New York I gave up the 'Jordan Physique' way of life and put on 10 pounds fast. I have started running around the Central Park reservoir (1.3 miles) and I haven't run since it involved something to do with going 'to the lifeguard tower!'. It takes me 15 - 18 minutes to run that distance but it's not that hard, I think I still have muscle memory from my Santa Monica mornings.
What I realized from running around the reservoir was how much I missed the Physique group. It was really fun to work out with everyone and have that motivation to get up in the morning. Because I knew it would be good for me, because I knew everyone would definitely be there, and because I knew that once I got my butt there it would be fun. I didn't realize what great shape I was in until I moved to a new city, stopped working out and went to put my 'California jeans' on one day to realize that they belong to a different body! Bring Adrien to New York!"
