What time is your morning class? What is the duration?
The Morning Class starts at 6:30 AM SHARP! It's good to be there about 5 minutes early to find good parking. The Class is exactly 1 hour. Starts off with a warmup/stretch, 45 minutes of great physical/cardio training and finishes with a beautiful stretch.  Getting in shape by the beach is TOPS!

Is your bootcamp class co-ed?
Yes! Men and Women are invited to the class. The only difference is the amount of weight anyone may use. We are getting into top shape together in harmony!

What is the cost for your group classes?
The Bootcamp Classes are $400 for your first 6 weeks. That gives you 18 solid sessions.  $350 for returnees and there are deals to be had, when you invite friends or a couple!

HECK NO.  Everyone is welcomed to class.  We worked together in helping you achieve your highest fitness level.  There are different levels of workout routines to help adjust everyone when targeting specific muscle groups.  I encourage you to come to have that support from others.  It only makes us better.  The other option is one on on training.

I want to work out, but I'm afraid too because of my past and current injuries.  Do you think I still can?
The first step with any injury or ailment is seeing your doctor.  Make sure you get the OK from them to start your program.  Whether it be one on one training or bootcamp classes.  My job as a trainer is to help you get stronger from your injury and get you back on your feet.  You might also consider getting massages to break down any scar tissue build up that you may have.  I'm there for YA!

Do you provide one on one training? What is the minimum weekly for a one on one?
Yes. I do provide one on one training.  It can be done at your home, outside or at a nearby park.  $150 is the rate per session, but you save when you train for more than 1 day a week Contact me for more information on how to save.

What is your rate for  massage?
My rate for massage is $200 four 1 hour and $300 for 1 hour and a half.  I supply the music, table and sheets.  This includes many styles combined into one massage, such as; Swedish, sports, deep tissue, reflexology, shiatsu, and Thai massage.  Everything you need to rejuvenate those aching muscles.  I go to your home.

The atmosphere outside is the best experience.  I supply equipment need to recreate that experience for you outdoors with the one on one training session.  If you have an in-home or apartment gym, we can use also work hard at your home.  You make the call!

Yes, Saturday Beach Class is perfect for you!  It's held every saturday, unless certain days are cancelled by me.  $10 gets you an hour and a half beach full body workout in the sand!  7:30 am - 9 am in Santa Monica, CA. We meet up on Ocean and Montana Ave, then take off to the sand.  Invite friends.  The only equipment you need to bring is yourself and water.
