Adrien Jordan
Personal Trainer/Personal Masseuse
 
      Adrien  is a certified personal trainer and body therapist, who is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. He now resides in Santa Monica, CA. His intuitive understanding of the human anatomy led him to be a body therapist.  He is trained in Swedish, sports, deep tissue, reflexology, shiatsu, and Thai massage, but puts use to what's needed for an individual client.  Eventually with that constant growing passion towards helping others, he then became a personal trainer.  He helps to narrow down the real issue in your life to help you achieve your physical goals. Results are what's given after your dedication.  Determination, humor and a love for people best describes him.  Basketball, football and hiking taught him teamwork, which is an important tool in life to achieve greater goals.  His journey for a healthier lifestyle started in his earlier years, when he vowed to stay away from the toxins (alcohol, smoking, etc...) that can age you quickly and slow you down.  Creating Jordan Physique has changed his life and he wants others to be part of that healthy flow.
